Transitional style gilded wood sofa, circa 1900s

Small Transitional style two-seater sofa in molded and gilded wood resting on four straight tapered and fluted legs. The belt is decorated with garlands and a frieze of droplets. Armrest console set back from the line of the foot. Armrest with ears. Backrest with a carved and gilded wood medallion that stands out in its center. Seat, back and armrests upholstered in cream fabric with geometric patterns.
