Pair of Louis XV period carved and lacquered beechwood Bergères by Louis-François Mayeux

A pair of large Bergères by Louis-François Mayeux in molded beech wood lacquered in cream with gilded highlights and carved with foliage and flowers, the back with cabriolet shoulders, the armrests with cuffs ending in scrolls resting on curved legs.

 

French work of the Louis XV period, circa 1760, the back belts stamped L.Mayeux for Louis-François Mayeux. 

 

Our seats are in good condition, they have just been upholstered with a beautiful fabric decorated with flowers.
